In case of drug resistant Epilepsy we suggest surgery. The investment of modern technologies, such as SEEG, allows inputting brain depth electrodes and find out epileptic zone.

Neuromonitoring and corticography is performed before the surgery and during it. Then stereotactic or open surgery is performed. In some cases Radiofrequency ablation is considered to be enough intervention for patient treatment. Mainly “Awake” surgery is performed.

This method of treatment has been invested in Armenia and applied successfully in “Nairi” Medical Center by our team.
