The key to successful treatment is the removal of the tumor with surrounding brain tissues which are affected by tumor cells. Just the total removal of the tumor is the key to successful surgery. We suggest surgery with clear consciousness of the patient (“Awake” surgery) with pre and intraoperative neuromonitoring and stimulation of cerebral cortex.
