Treatment begins with physiotherapy procedures. If their effectiveness is insufficient, various blockades are performed, as well as targeted ablation of pain-causing centers using radiofrequency ablation. If this method proves ineffective as well, spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is applied. This is a minimally invasive procedure performed through a small incision: an implant is placed on the spinal cord, blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain. If this method still does not produce adequate results, stereotactic surgery is used to apply thermal influence (ablation) directly to the pain center in the brain.

Rehabilitative treatment options are extensive. We combine various methods, such as whole-body cryotherapy, passive and active kinesitherapy, horizontal electrostimulation, hydrotherapy procedures, underwater traction, mud therapy, and carbon dioxide injections into pain points (carboxytherapy).
